How can I make my office work more interesting?
I don’t seem to have any interest in office work. On the contrary I like to sit idle and chat on internet during office hours. I am not doing it purposely. But it seems that my concentration vanishes when it comes to the question of doing office work. I find it very boring. Secondly, my boss is also a very bullying kind of a person which irritates me more and I intentionally or unintentionally delay the work more. Please help.

make a mental game out of it. I entertain myself all day off of other folks little ticks and habits and they never even know it.
fo rexample i’ll bet myself how many times a particular co-worker might repeat a certain phrase. if i’m right or even close i reward myself. it’s not making fun of people if you don’t tell anyone. i’ll also base decisions off the results, like lunch at a certain place if so and so’s hungover again today or at this other place if they’re not.
