I still have this record, one of the few. Mike Corby sure was great on the keyboard, what an artist.
He really needs a NEW song…
Hit #13, #49 AC in the US (Billboard). Did it chart in the UK? God bless!
Lyrics are kinda meh…Verse seems a bit week…Chorus is nicely done though.

am i right?
love this song so much can’t get enough of it!
@ssm3141 Seen them on Mikes as well. I love that he has women doing back up vocals, and it seems like never the same ones. Knock out tune still to this day. Makes me shiver, and yep. my kids would have no idea why!
@ArniepII Yep, I play great tunes for my teen-age kids all the time if only to give them some reference to this country’s cultural and political upbringing. I play everything from classical to rhythm & blues, 60′s Motown, 70′s disco, gospel, country, you name it! Heck, SHOW TUNES even. I play them while I prepare dinner and while we eat for atmosphere. I sing them LOUDLY. Sometimes I think they get it. My son even said he favors eighties music so something’s sinking in!
Love you Jenn.
Falling in love with you is not my mistake.
Honey, isn’t it time?
Love you forever.
